The accident claimed the life of Luiz Aleksandro Talhari, one half of the country music duo and five band members.

A residential surveillance camera captured the tour bus traveling down the highway seconds before one of its tires exploded, which reportedly caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle before it crashed and does not overturn.
Marco Valadares, the country music duo’s lawyer, said the accident was caused by a puncture in the front left tire of the bus.
The Federal Highway Patrol is still investigating the official cause of the accident and whether the driver was speeding after a motorist recorded that the bus had exceeded the speed limit.
The driver who uploaded the video to a WhatsApp chat room noted that the bus was going over at least 90 miles per hour. The federal limit for buses is 49 miles per hour.
“The bus went over (86 mph) and caught my eye. I accelerated to reach it,” the 46-year-old told Brazilian media G1.
“I didn’t film with the intention of hurting anyone. I’m used to filming these things. I posted [the content] in a WhatsApp group. When I saw the repercussion, I tried to erase it, but I had no more control.

The duo recorded five albums and then split in February 2019 when Bueno decided to pursue a solo career.
Soares joined Aleksandro shortly after Bueno’s departure and adopted the stage name Conrado.
