The video shows a stranger staring out of a teenage girl’s window at Norcross Friday, leaving her and her family angry and scared.
“She was sitting up in bed getting ready for school. She’s scared right now,” the mother said.
It happened just before 6am on Friday at their home near Beaver Ruin Road and Huddersfield Way.
The mother asked not to be identified as she shared the video of him making not one, but two trips to the window in 10 minutes.
“I can’t understand it. It’s hard to understand, and so many things start going through your mind,” the mother said.
It wasn’t until after he left that she thought to check her videos and discovered that someone had been outside her daughter’s window.
She filed a report with Norcross Police, and they told Johnson they were investigating the man as a potential Peeping Tom.
“Hopefully they find out who it is or scare it away,” the mother said.
In the meantime, she says she makes sure her daughter gets to the bus stop with her older brother in the morning.
The mum also works from home to make sure no one is watching her family who shouldn’t be.
“This world we live in, you can’t trust anyone,” the mother said.

Norcross officers also review the video, hoping to identify him so they can question him about what he was doing in the neighborhood.
The victim’s mother said when it happened her teenage daughter had no idea he was just outside.
“She’s scared out of her mind right now,” she said.
