System overview

The Pro series is a perfect choice for SMB solutions and projects where high reliability and flexibility are required. All cameras are equipped with Starlight function, true WDR and 3DNR of 120 dB, and are capable of delivering clear images and rich details even under difficult lighting conditions.

Functions

All in color
The color camera adopts large aperture lens and high performance sensor. With a greater amount of light absorbed and an advanced image processing algorithm, the camera provides 24/7 color monitoring that collects clear and vivid information, dramatically increasing the likelihood of collecting valid evidence. ‘humans, vehicles and events that can be used for smarter analysis.

Broadcast-quality audio
Audio information is used as additional evidence in video surveillance applications. The HDCVI camera supports the transmission of the audio signal through a coaxial cable. In addition, it adopts unique audio processing and transmission technology which best restores the audio source and eliminates noise, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the collected audio information.
* This function is available for some models.

Wide dynamic range
Using advanced Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology, the Dahua HDCVI camera provides clear details in a high contrast light environment. The bright and dark area can get clear video even in high light environment or backlit shadow.

3DNR advanced
3DNR is a noise reduction technology that detects and eliminates random noise by comparing two sequential frames. Dahua’s advanced 3DNR technology provides remarkable noise reduction with little impact on sharpness, especially in limited lighting conditions. In addition, the advanced 3DNR effectively decreases bandwidth and saves storage space.

Warm extra lights
With additional warm LED lights, the camera is able to deliver a colorful and vivid image even in complete darkness. By default, the camera is set to smart lighting mode, in which the camera can automatically adjust exposure time and light sensitivity simultaneously to prevent overexposure of objects in the center of the image. .

4 signals on 1 coaxial cable
HDCVI technology supports 4 signals to be transmitted over 1 coaxial cable simultaneously, i.e. video, audio *, data and power. Two-way data transmission allows the HDCVI camera to interact with the XVR, for example by sending a control signal or triggering an alarm. Additionally, HDCVI technology supports PoC for build flexibility.
* Audio input is available for some HDCVI camera models.

Long distance transmission
HDCVI technology guarantees long-distance real-time transmission without any loss. It supports up to 700m transmission for 2MP / 5MP / 8MP HD video via coaxial cable and up to 300m via UTP cable.
* Actual results verified by on-stage testing in Dahua’s test lab.

Protection (IP67, wide voltage)
IP67: The camera passes a series of strict dust and soaking tests. It has dust-proof function, and the case can work normally after being soaked in 1m deep water for 30 minutes.
Wide Voltage: The camera allows ± 30% input voltage tolerance (for some power supplies) (wide voltage range), and it is widely applied to outdoor environment with unstable voltage.
