Nortek Security & Control’s ELAN brand introduces a full line of new surveillance cameras, NVR and an assortment of compatible accessories for 2020. Maximized for installation convenience and customer satisfaction, the line offers advanced analytics, automatic configuration capabilities and multiple form factors to suit each project.

The new assortment includes integrated IntelliVision advanced analytics for more accurate classification of people and vehicles, as well as advanced object detection, which provides personalized and informative alerts to the end user.

In addition, customers will benefit from new security through a unique and personalized system and advanced privacy features through deep software integration. The competitively priced collection includes an 8-channel NVR that can be mounted in a structured wiring box or rack shelf. With the new cameras, the system quickly and completely integrates as part of an intelligent ELAN system for the entire home or property.

The new bay includes six outdoor IP cameras, an 8-channel NVR and accessories.

“We’re starting 2020 with great updates to the award-winning ELAN monitoring line, offering faster installation for dealers and rich features for owners – from receiving a push message when a vehicle is detected to setting the privacy mask area directly in the ELAN app, ”said Richard Pugnier, vice president of marketing at NSC.

“All new models run NSC’s IntelliVision video analysis and allow you to adjust motorized zoom and focus from the ELAN app almost anywhere in the world,” added Andy Spalla, Product Manager for ELAN monitoring.

Integration Notes and User Guides are available to Authorized ELAN Resellers through the recently announced new ELAN Management Cloud. EMC is a new 2020 platform that provides system integrators with real-time device health monitoring, device status reports, remote management, automated troubleshooting, problem resolution and specialized customer relationship management, and much more, all within a single interface. With real-time, real-state monitoring, dealers can receive push notifications in the event of a device failure, allowing them to resolve the issue before their customer even notices.
